Note: Bus journey from Dubai to Salalah takes approximately 21 hours (Inclusive break time). First, we will stop at the Alain border for border processing. After clearing customs, we will take a break for dinner at Chick King, which offers 3-star level cuisine (Include in our package price). Following dinner, we will make a stop for a washroom break before continuing our journey. The next stop will be Salalah, where we will rest for the night.

Note: Experience a culinary journey during your Salalah stay, with a focus on Indian cuisine and traditional Omani dishes. This is NOT a fixed menu. The actual food items served may vary based on seasonal availability, local market conditions, and chef's selection. We strive to provide quality meals that cater to general tastes, but specific dishes cannot be guaranteed.

Special Dietary Requirements: If you have specific dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies), please inform us at least 7 days before departure. While we will try to accommodate reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee complete fulfillment due to the nature of group travel and local restaurant limitations.

Terms, Conditions & Useful Information

Terms & Cancellation Policy

  • • All prices are based on sharing. Single supplement charges apply for solo travelers requiring single occupancy.
  • • 15+ Days Before Departure: Full refund available if cancellation is made 15 or more days before departure date.
  • • 10-14 Days Before Departure: 50% refund (AED 497.50 per adult) if cancellation is made 10-14 days before departure.
  • • Within 10 Days Before Departure: NO REFUND will be provided. This is a fixed departure tour and we need to confirm hotel bookings upfront. Due to public holidays, hotels have strict cancellation policies.
  • • Visa Issues: NO REFUND if you are unable to obtain an Oman visa on arrival as visa approval is not under our control. To avoid issues, we recommend taking an upfront visa if unsure. We can assist with upfront visa processing for additional AED 99.
  • • No-shows: 100% cancellation charges apply for no-shows on departure day.
  • • Force Majeure: We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, border closures, or transportation strikes.
  • • Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or operational requirements. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
  • • Travel Insurance: Not included. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.
  • • Liability: We act as an agent for hotels, transportation, and other service providers. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during the tour.
  • • Documentation: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), Emirates IDs, and necessary visas.
  • • Children Policy: Child rates apply to children sharing bed with parents. Extra bed charges apply if separate bed required.
  • • Unutilized Services: Any services not utilized during the tour will not be refunded or exchanged for other services.

  • • Document Safety: Make sure to keep your valuable items safe. Hold your relevant documents (Emirates ID, passport, and visa copy) while traveling.
  • • Visa Approval: Entry permit is subject to approval from the Oman government.
  • • Snacks for Children: Keep some snacks, juice, and water for the children during the trip.
  • • Clothing: Wear loose and comfortable clothes. Carry jackets or shawls for cooler evenings.
  • • Footwear: Use open sandals or flip-flops for beach visits, comfortable walking shoes for sightseeing.
  • • Sun Protection: Carry sunglasses and a hat for protection from the sun.
  • • Photography: Carry your camera to capture memorable moments.
  • • Water Activities Safety: Take care of yourself and follow rules while engaging in water activities.
  • • Beach Essentials: Keep your swimming suits, swimming goggles, earbuds & towels, etc. if you are interested in beach activities.

  • • Medications: Carry necessary medications and basic first-aid supplies.
  • • Local Customs: Respect local customs and dress modestly when visiting religious sites.
  • • Currency: Carry some Omani Rials for small purchases (available at border exchange).
  • • Mobile Connectivity: Check with your provider about international roaming or purchase a local Omani SIM if needed.
  • • Time Management: Be punctual for all departures. The tour operates on a strict schedule.
  • • Baggage: Pack light with essentials only. Limited baggage space in the coach.
